Welcome to the IELTS program at MAT ABACUS Business School. By enrolling in our IELTS program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment: To enroll in the IELTS program, students must complete the registration form and provide all required documentation. Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation by MAT ABACUS Business School.
Fees: Program fees are outlined in the course information provided at the time of enrollment. Fees are payable in advance and must be settled before the commencement of the program. Payment methods and deadlines will be communicated upon registration.

3. Attendance and Participation
Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for successful completion of the program. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Excessive absences may result in additional fees or dismissal from the program.
Participation: Active participation in classes, assignments, and practice tests is required. Students are expected to complete all assignments and engage in class activities to the best of their ability.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel their enrollment in the program by providing written notice to MAT ABACUS Business School. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the refund policy outlined at the time of enrollment.
Cancellation by School: MAT ABACUS Business School reserves the right to cancel the program if minimum enrollment numbers are not met or for any other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the students.

5. Code of Conduct
Behavior: Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program.
Academic Integrity: Students must adhere to academic integrity standards. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonesty will result in disciplinary action.

6. Personal Data and Privacy
Data Collection: MAT ABACUS Business School collects personal information from students for the purpose of program administration and communication. This information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Confidentiality: All personal data and academic records will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the student’s consent, except as required by law.

7. Program Materials and Intellectual Property
Materials: Students will receive program materials as part of their enrollment. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property related to the IELTS program, including but not limited to course content and teaching materials, remains the property of MAT ABACUS Business School.

8. Liability
Limitation of Liability: MAT ABACUS Business School is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by students as a result of their participation in the program, except as required by law.
Force Majeure: MAT ABACUS Business School is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
No Guarantee of Exam Success: MAT ABACUS Business School does not guarantee that students will pass the IELTS exam. The outcome of the exam is dependent on individual performance, preparation, and external factors beyond the control of the school.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Changes: MAT ABACUS Business School reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
