The CFO Leadership Academy is designed for finance professionals who are either currently in a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role or aspire to be in one. This program typically caters to:

  1. Current CFOs: To enhance their leadership skills, stay updated with the latest trends and practices in finance, and network with peers.
  2. Aspiring CFOs: Finance professionals who are on the path to becoming CFOs, including senior finance managers, controllers, and directors of finance.
  3. Senior Finance Executives: Other senior finance roles such as vice presidents of finance, treasurers, and heads of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) who are looking to step into a CFO role in the future.
  4. Experienced Finance Professionals: Individuals with significant experience in finance who are looking to transition into a strategic leadership position within their organizations.

Our methodology of engagement employs an integrated learning-based approach involving;

self-assessment, peer knowledge-sharing, experiential exercises, practical workplace application and reflection.

Throughout the program, learning will be related to the day-to-day challenges and realities of the participants. This process will be enhanced through participant-led discussions about the leadership challenges that they encounter at work and a program assignment in which participants are required to complete a class project that is communicated in during the program to accelerate learning, behavioral change and knowledge transfer.
